Kate Schermerhorn, Vice President has played a key part in successfully growing our agency. As Vice President, Kate oversees the day to day operations of the company, creating and optimizing workflows, training staff as well as maintaining her relationships with existing and new clients to provide personal and business insurance programs to meet the specific needs of our clients. Her extensive insurance knowledge, attention to organization and detail, compiled with exceptional customer service skills has proven to serve our clients well.
Kate has been with the agency since its inception in 2013. With over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has a vast wealth of knowledge and understanding of insurance and risk management which she uses to benefit our clients. A graduate of Corning Community College with an A.S. Degree in Designated Studies and a 2015 graduate of the Leadership Chemung Program, Kate is licensed by the State of NY in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life and Health. She also maintains licenses in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
